Reception Functions
Al-Mosheer offers reception services that include monitoring access of employees, contractors
and visitors to facilities, maintaining logs, issuing badges, inspecting bags and
packages, conducting officers' escort and tours around facilities, vehicles responsibilities,
packages delivery coordination, monitoring CCTV and authorizing property passes. Benefits
to customers include: control for employee/visitor access to ensure compliance; restricted
area control; exit searches and controlled documents, and giving both customers and
employees the perception of being in a safe and secure work environment.
Badge – ID Program Functions
Al-Mosheer security staff manages clients badge programs by issuing and tracking badges
for employees, contractors, visitors and controlled movements; by also maintaining access
logs and records, and reporting to managers and contractors on badge losses and
inventory, which assists in reducing security vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with
customers' security requirements.
Mailroom Services
Al-Mosheer can provide specially trained staff to manage clients mailroom services, by picking-up,
sorting and distributing incoming mail, after conducting package inspection techniques to
examine incoming mail for sabotage or explosives, especially in high-risk facilities; as well as pickingup
outgoing mail to take to local post office.
Employee Security Orientation
To ensure safety and security compliance Al-Mosheer security officers provide new employees
with security orientation at arrival. They issue their badges-IDs, explain security and emergency
procedures; demonstrate the handling of safety equipments in emergencies. The officers are generally
the first to respond to employees' emergencies.
Such orientation helps new employees feel safe and understand their role in maintaining safetyand security.
